Our House Rules for a Pleasant Stay

To ensure tranquility, hygiene, and safety for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

1. Smoking & Fire

The interior is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace; please use the provided ashtrays. The use of candles or open flames is strictly prohibited.

2. Hygiene & Products

Showering is mandatory before using the sauna, jacuzzi, or swimming pool. To prevent damage to our systems, it is not permitted to add your own oils, soaps, bath bombs, or scrubs to the water.

3. Zero Tolerance: Drugs

The possession or use of drugs is strictly forbidden. If detected, access will be denied immediately without a refund, and the police will be notified.

4. Safety & Glassware

For your safety, no glassware is allowed around the wellness facilities or the water. Use of all facilities is at your own responsibility.

5. Respect & Damages

We have designed our wellness area with great care. Please treat our property and materials with respect. In the event of damage or vandalism, repair costs will be charged. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of your visit without a refund.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden

We kijken ernaar uit je te mogen verwelkomen. We begrijpen echter dat plannen soms onverwachts kunnen wijzigen. Om alles soepel te laten verlopen voor onszelf en andere gasten, hanteren wij het volgende annuleringsbeleid:

• Meer dan 48 uur voor aanvang: Je kunt je reservering kosteloos annuleren of verplaatsen naar een ander moment.
• Tussen 48 uur en 24 uur voor aanvang: Bij annulering binnen dit termijn brengen wij 50% van het totale reserveringsbedrag in rekening.
• Binnen 24 uur voor aanvang of bij no-show: Bij annuleringen korter dan 24 uur van tevoren, of wanneer je zonder afmelding niet komt opdagen, zijn wij genoodzaakt het volledige bedrag (100%) in rekening te brengen.
